What happens is that the 4 parts are separated for understanding.
The PIC part is the heart of the scheme. Below you have the power source that has output voltages of 12V - 5V and 2.5V.
On the right you have the outputs that are activated by the Aux and relay outputs of the PIC.
What you should know is that if you do not have the PIC programming, it will not work even if you have everything well connected.
The arrows have arrows coming out as in the power source and the arrows entering the power of the PIC and the command signals of the transistors that activate the relays.
